Here is a swatch for a blanket I am designing to use all of the yarns offered by Painted Sheep Yarn. What do you think? This is on size 8 needles, I am going to try a swatch in larger needles to see how that looks.

It reminds me of a scarf I knitted from Scarf Style. It will be very warm!
